Scott Sell was an exceptional attorney to work with - the best we could have hoped for. He was sensitive to the needs of the client, who was disabled knowledgeable and 100% accurate in his assessment of the process. He was easy to get in touch with and offered us additional resources that were very helpful in getting through the process where we had not prevailed our own. We had an outstanding positive experience.

I had the blessing of working with Cynthia Newton and Sydney Montanaro after an automobile accident. I had suffered a moderate to severe concussion. It was a very confusing time and a lot of moving parts throughout the insurance and recovery process. It seemed like the process would never end. Both Cynthia and Sydney were professional, extremely expeditious, supportive, and very helpful when I felt like everything was a loss. I would highly recommend TCNF for anyone needing legal help through such a trying time.

Scott Sell and his excellent legal team worked together to garner a good result in my thorny case. Scott was responsive to my questions, returned my calls promptly and steered the case to victory. I was very satisfied with his legal work and preparation for the hearing. His assistant Susan is an obvious asset to the operation. I would definitely recommend him to others in my situation.

Scott Sell and his team were excellent in helping me win my disability benefits. I couldn't begin to negotiate the maze of paperwork that Social Security requires so that's why I hired Scott and his team to handle it for me. Everyone at the law firm are highly professional, they have a vast wealth of knowledge and resources, and what really matters to me is what kind and caring people they are. I was really impressed with how quickly I was awarded my benefits, it took far less time than I imagined and that was because I hired the right people to handle my case. Thanks to everyone at T,C,N & F and especially to Scott, Erin and Susan.

Yes. Nearly all of our work is contingent fee. That means that you only pay a legal fee if you win your case.
