I worked with Jim upfitting a electric Ford transit. Jim was great about product knowledge, great diagrams of what they proposed to do. They did some custom mounting for our heavy sanding equipment and it was rock solid. This is my third purchase from NW and they always turn out great work.

Went here thinking I might be getting a new trailer that would require a goose neck hitch. I was told that there was a 30 day return policy if I didn't use the hitch I purchased. I ended up going with bumper pull trailer and wanted to return the unused hitch and they charged me 50 dollars because I opened the box to look at the hitch. I also had to pick this hitch up at their warehouse. two separate times because they gave me someone else's hitch the first time causing me to have to drive back and return it for the correct hitch after the manager called me and told me their mistake Even with all this inconvenience they still insisted on charging me the restock fee for the unused hitch. I wont be coming back to these guys for anything! BUYER BEWARE

The owner Craig and installer Dillan were awesome! Had a problem with an install (not their fault - missing a part from another vendor). They were helpful and clearly are focused on quality work and customer service. I highly recommend this business.

Recently had Northwest Auto & Truck Accessories install a set of new AMP running boards on my 2021 RAM 2500 mega cab. They really did an awesome job. My wife had a hard time getting in/out without the boards but they managed to schedule me in for the work within a couple weeks and did the install within 3hrs which normally takes about 4-5hrs. They also installed a couple mud guards on the front. My first time actually getting any work done there and very impressed with their service all around!!

No truck bed cover you buy is going to be waterproof and some trucks are worse than others for leaking some water into the bed the only way to avoid that is to buy a complete bed system where it's an insert that could be watertight what I did was I bought an extra mat to go over the top of the bottom of the bed so that the water has a chance to go in the cruise underneath it rather than getting all my stuff but it does still leak they say there's no way of stopping it hope that helps.
