I recently moved to Portland from Massachusetts with my fiancé having to do many stressful things to get settled in one being buying a new vehicle. We came down to this Mercedes and from the moment we entered we had an amazing experience. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the associate that sold us the car. My previous experiences (past 5 years) with MB Portland Service Department were terrific. So much so that when I wanted to upgrade the vehicle I didn't hesitate to go to this dealership. Sales process was absolutely terrific. Everyone was wonderful. However, past 2 experiences with service have been anything but positive. If I had received this type of 'customer service' previously I would have never purchased a vehicle here. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
