Ordered a car, the car arrived earlier than expected. Honored locked in rates and incentives. Online sales rep kept in constant contact and always sent updates. I get my truck's oil changed there. It takes a lot more oil than a car, so it is more expensive. But I pay $85 at Courtesy vs $115 to $135 at oil change shops.
