Drove 5 hours to buy a truck that was not what was promised. 1.) The truck was dirty on arrival, plastics from inside the truck were in the bed of the truck, I, myself had to put them back in. 2.) The truck I was introduced to was not the truck I was sold. For example, the pictures had fender flares, and upon arrival had been ripped off leaving a cruddy white residue. 3.) Was told that any prior needed maintenance was performed… don’t know why I believed that. Oil was way over filled. Oil cap was missing. 4.) Showed up to interior in great condition, but found out the center console was broken, the upholstery around the dash was basically useless as all the clips were broken. Left for me to fix on my own. 5.) Was promised a functioning and clean truck, but walked out with for better use of words, a “beater”. I was foolish to even take a man’s word for honesty, but this place showed that no car salesman can be trusted. Even I quote and comment, “a service member is walking out with the best vehicle on the lot”. Maybe he meant the best vehicle to spend the most time at the shop on. Jesus what a fraud, my tail lights don’t even activate. A joke for a dealership. I could go on and on, but if you get this far…. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Drove by this dealership looking for a truck. Truck was listed at 5k. So in my mind I'm thinking affordable and at that price it should at least last a few months as a work truck. Guys were really nice and all. Truck was definitely a work truck. Asked to take it for a test drive. I was surprised that when I got in there was no stereo like it was ripped out...OK whatever I can easily put one in. It was a hot day so tried rolling down window. Only driver side worked. Another issue. Probably just a fuse. Tried turning on AC.... nothing... no AC either. I should have walked away but guy said it was probably just a fuse something simple to fix. I live 60 miles away from dealership and explained I basically just need a work truck so as long as it lasts a few months I'm good. They said it would last. Drove it home and that's when things started to get worse. Oil gage kept dropping and then going back to normal. I called them and they said to pull over and check the oil. Kind of no real help but bought truck as is so I didn't expect much help. Oil seemed fine so I drove it some more. Needed to get down to Cali that night. Drove it another 200 miles and pulled over to rest. I HAVEN'T HAD THE TRUCK 12 HOURS AND IN LESS THAN 300 MILES TRUCK WON'T START AND I'M STRANDED!!! WHAT A LEMON OF A TRUCK!!! I can't believe they had this listed at 5k. Got it for 4k worth maybe 1k. I know I bought as is but sheesh you would think paying 4k for a truck it would last longer than 12 hrs. Absolutely garbage. Live and learn I guess.

Autolane probably gave me the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Not pushy what so ever, even in the slightest bit. I worked with Zack, he was extremely patient and showed me every truck I wanted to see. When it came to the buy due to my last irresponsibility’s my credit wasn’t quite at the best spot. But that didn’t stop his boss Annie. She not only helped me get into a vehicle when I needed it most but helped watch my 2 year old son throughout the entire year experience, which took a few hours. They then went above and beyond as Zack followed me in the truck (I had driven my wife’s car there alone) all the way back to my house to drop it off. Which was roughly an hour there and an hour back. Absolutely amazing experience. I can definitely see myself buying from them again just off their customer service alone. -Jaeden
