All of my dipping sauces were paid for but not given. I called to request a refund for said items but was met with dismissive attitude from the little girl answering the phone. I asked who is your manager and she said"im sorry what??" I again ask very politely, whT is your managers name then she say mikie..Mikie... I ask Mikie who? She exclaimed mikie .Worst Domino's experience ever. Is this your standard? If so I'll take my business elsewhere

Ridiculous how every single night they seem to turn off online ordering like 2 hours before closing time, no way it can be their website is failing this often, wish they would get it together… I mean very clearly it says open til 12 am and yet even the phones are unable to be reached

Love that it's open until midnight! It's a shame that taco bell and the rest of fast-food places close when the sun goes down. Very disgusted with Shelbyville's businesses. Not everyone goes to bed at 8pm. Keep up the good work Domino's!! And thank you to all of the employees!

I placed my order online. Picked up myself…. When I checked pizza at the store, pizza was not cut in squares. They re-made it, as I waited again. Total amount of time from placing my order online to finished and out their door was 6:45-7:35. Not happy AND THEY KEPT THE WRONG PIZZA CUT. I did see a lot as I saw sauces handed out to friend ( finger put to mouth as a hush). Watched an employee eat pizza in their car in her car with uniform on. This person ran in and grabbed a soda but didn’t pay for it. Good luck! I was contacted by management and they addressed my issue. Much appreciated Domino’s!
