I was aquatinted with the Touchmark prior to its thorough renovation. Now that the process inside the assisted living and independent living is finished, I really enjoyed touring the completed facility. The wide well lit hallways are very pleasant and enhanced with resident's entry display shelves. What a nice touch to connect with each resident visually as one moves between the entrance, the dining room and gathering hall on the first floor. This sense of community continues on the second and third floors with sensory delights in all the common spaces. Thank you, Becky Reins, for all your help with touring the facility and wait listing our relative and friends from Fairway Village who have chosen Touchmark as their next residence.

I love the assisted living staff at Touchmark. Assisted living activities are pretty boring though; it’s always the same activities every week - mostly watching TV. On site workout staff is fun. The kitchen staff needs a bit of work, they never get orders correct and can’t follow special diets. Everyone is caring.

I have worked for Touchmark for almost 3 years now, and in those 3 years I have met the most amazing residents and team members. When people I know ask me “would you put your own parents or grandparents in Touchmark?” I always say “hands down”. This is because I know firsthand how dedicated every team member, from housekeepers, to caregivers, to managers, to life enrichment, is to enriching the lives of our residents every day. While one could find faults anywhere, I have never worked for a company that works so hard to make it right when a misstep takes place. The last year and a half have been challenging for everyone, residents, families and team members have all had to make adjustments to their everyday lives to adjust to a pandemic lifestyle. Even through all of the chaos, the Touchmark team has worked hard to support our residents and their families while keeping everyone as safe and healthy as possible. I am proud to work for Touchmark and will continue to work every day to make our community the best it can be.

The pool in our Health & Fitness Club is indoors for year-round access.
We do have a piano on-site and regularly book entertainers who use it. Residents may also use the piano when a performer is present for an event.
