In the hardest time of things going on in the world, the staff keeps a smile on their face and do things to encourage others. I see diligent workers who still come in tough situations and make their clients smile. The place is beautiful and it's always clean. Keep doing the good work and never let the negative comments get you down. You're the light in most peoples darkest place. 🌹 Amer, you are Mom's Angel! You are hopping busy and I know my Mom sings your praises.

My review is from a different perspective. It’s hard to read the reviews that are low rated. I am not trying to take away from any of the families that made the lower star ratings on this website by making this review. I was wanting to get out of the house and do something different than I have ever done before and I chose this home to apply to. Sadly, physically I could not do this job (kitchen). Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and very sweet to me. The residents were all A+. Everyone was welcoming. The home is short staffed but the employees there work extra hard and some work double shifts. It is not easy to do this kind of work (especially wearing a N95 mask and face shield)…plus your uniform. You have no idea (until you have done it or witnessed it in person) how many hats just 1 employee can wear in a home such as this. I also noticed this is the cleanest home I have ever stepped into. Hopefully, they will be able to fill their positions soon and things will flow better. I wish I could have done the job, because I really did enjoy conversing with the residents and staff

If you want to go broke fast this is the place to be 2000.00 move in fee 8120 .00 a month for senior assistant living. They don't accept Medicae. Posted is the latest bill my mom's last stay was March 29 .

This place is new and looks nice and we were promised the best care for our Dad. They were very understaffed and have a huge turnover. Dad was in the memory care unit and often in his pajamas all day and when he was dressed he was wearing someone else's tattered clothing. All of his nice sweaters and jackets disappeared. He was never shaved, didn't have hearing aids in,and was left in soiled underwear. His room was appalling...the bathroom was filthy...almost always! There was poop all over toilet and on the floor...dried on..been there awhile!! His denture cleaner had never been opened! We complained...went to the top and then over the top...were told things would be taken care of...nothing ever changed!! We kept complaining and they quit returning calls. We finally got him moved out of this horrible place!! There is so much more I could tell you, but bottom line....HORRIBLE PLACE!!
