They will do the right thing. Tie down your load and get it out of the rain asap. I've read some of these negative reviews, the people that wrote them are being unfair and pigheaded. I had my unit's control panel die and he came and replaced it with one that's newer and bigger. Awesome 10/10 people, service and products.

I bought a front load washing machine from Appliance Priority. I worked with Mark. He assured me that Serge would be doing same day delivery and to provide payment at time of delivery. The transaction went really smooth. Downside was I had to figure out how to get this heavy appliance up 2 flights of stairs which was a me problem! The appliance did not come with the hookup hoses so if you buy from them, either get them ahead of time or ask Appliance Priority if they are included. We didn't unwrap or install until about a week later but so far, so good! Installed and it runs. Downside is the gasket is moldy but that's to be expected from front loaders! It does not effect its performance. Thank you for helping me save thousands of dollars by purchasing used.

You'll walk in and think. "Man this guy has a lot of inventory, he must have a great thing going on here." BUYER BE WARE ~ Everything was peachy and the guy was all smiles and kind. I bought a dryer from him, he gave me a warranty for 60 days. I brought it home and the timer didn't work. It wouldn't advance but the machine did pump out hot air. Useless... cause you need the timer to work. Duh.... the thing wouldn't shut off unless you opened the door. So I called and brought it back. He gave me another machine. I brought it home, but this one the more/less dry features didn't work! So... I brought it back. Now the guy is getting more and more unfriendly, but he did give me a third machine. This one squeaks like the rollers are going out and the thing keeps running even when the door is open! So frustrating... I don't even want to deal with them anymore. Lesson learned.... these guys make the machines run but they rarely run well. Refurbished machines?

I'm a customer who is familiar with this business. It is not necessary to buy a set. You may purchase stand alone unit. I know they deliver, but not sure if they haul away old unit.
