Always nice and quick. Willing to discuss any concerns and decent pricing. Erik, the manager, works hard and really wants the best for his customers. I take all my vehicles to this location and am always happy.

They will break stuff under your hood and then not put things back together the way they came in .battery covers left off and broken. engine area plastic cover left unscrewed with pin missing . Scared to look under the car probably sloppy job underneath. Came in for the first time today because I had a coupon. wish I would have gone somewhere else for more money. If you care about your car or have a nice one don't take it here .

There is another review on here about how long the wait time is, not to mention how long it takes for an oil change. So I won't get into that. Good thing i didn't have other plans and needed to get my vehicle serviced.

Got the oil change that I have wanted to get done! Nice that one of the service tech asked about my ride height ,since I have a lowered car. It was fine as I went in slowly. I did ask about getting some one to check my rear differential to see if it was leaking, and if so have it done, and check the tire pressure to 37 psi, but no one did those two things. Maybe next time.

Valvoline doesn't actually make you get out of your car. They have you stay in it with screens for you to watch them work. So the short answer is no.
