Connecting with the Collins
The customer service was great. During the preservice review they offered a service for my power steering that I agreed with, and planned to come back for service in two weeks. During the oil change they found a bigger problem that I need to get fixed, instead of taking my money in two weeks they told me it would not be wise to come back until I got my bigger issue fixed as the service would not benefit me until that is done. I will continue coming back to this business as they have integrity!

My service as far as customer experience and service was great. However, I noticed that my turn signal switch was loose after I left. Called back to let them know and was told to drop by the next day. James eventually showed up to speak with me but told me that he would review footage to investigate what happened. Here we are 2 weeks later and I have not got a single call back regarding my issue. Not even a follow up to say "we cant help you". Ive been using jiffy for years and never an issue until its about an employee not doing the right thing.

I went in yesterday after work to get my radiator flushed. The service ended up being about $25 cheaper than was quoted over the phone when I called about 15 minutes earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. The service people were so friendly and the wait was short considering the line. While waiting the service people routinely came over and checked in and provided updates. Once they started the flush it went quickly. After the service was completed no one pressured me to have other services done, which was refreshing. The guy who did my service asked if I had any questions, and when I said no he followed up. I jokingly (and honestly) told him I had no idea what a radiator flush entails, so I didn’t even know enough to ask questions, and trusted he did what he was supposed to. He took the time to explain (not mansplain) the process to me, which did not take long, but as a woman at a shop kind of place, really helped me feel respected…I’ve had some bad experiences over the years. I will definitely be going back to this location for all my vehicle servicing!

Depends on what oil you use. Sometimes in19.99 I use different oil so mine is higher. They look at every thing.if you don't need it they tell you that too.
