In a word: terrible! I ordered the tires online two weeks ago and scheduled the appointment for today. I received an appointment reminder via text and email and to be sure that I arrived 15 minutes early. Only three of four tires arrived, and the last one was no where to be found.

Excellent customer service! I was running a little late to have my tires rotated, due to an accident on I-5. Called to let them know what was happening and they were still able to accommodate me. Very nice people!
