Well they post pictures during the day of the dogs. They give you a report card at the end of the day. I think this is all good. However, you can not see your dog interact, you cannot see anything but the office unless its a tour after hours. I want to see how my dog interacts with others. I want to see her reaction to the staff. While in the office and checking their cameras, you could only see a couple of dogs. You could hear barking as expected but couldn't see a thing. The report card was cute and said all good things but how do I know. Not going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone that wants to know what is going on during the day with their dog. There are other places with one way windows so you can walk in and check for yourself how your dog is doing and others with live cameras. I could not have left my kids at a daycare like this,

My dog Scooter looked like he a great day when I picked him up. The staff were thorough with his records and I know I can trust them. They were very nice and had a lot of fun activities. I will definitely be taking Scooter again.

We were so nervous taking our (also nervous) dog to daycare and boarding for the first time. Our fears were quickly averted - they are helpful, friendly, and above all they love the dogs! I appreciated the extensive vet checklist and the fact that every dog goes through a temperament test before being admitted into the facility. It makes me feel like my dog is safe around all the other dogs. Love the photos and updates, couldn't be happier with the service.

Actually I worked here for a day last year as a training test day. Overall the experience was concerning both for employees and for the pets who go there. In all areas, employees are equipped with “rattle paddles” like the kind that are used for livestock. They are encouraged to shout at, wave/rattle the paddle at, and startle dogs who are misbehaving. Many dogs enjoy their time at Wet Noses and Wagging Tails, but it was concerning to see so many dogs placed in areas together including those who had aggression or fear issues. Paddles were being used constantly in most areas, and even calmer dogs found it hard to relax or get away from the chaos. Shock collars were also used, though at least only on dogs whose owners had consented. Still, it bears noting for those who are against the practice. People working there were kind and clearly loved dogs, but there was very little consideration for their safety either. Employees were not given their 15 minute breaks, and in cold weather the entire walkway between areas became an ice slick. There was no formal training and no requirement for pet first aid. Almost all of the dogs (except for small dogs) are outside for the entire day, and they have nowhere to go if they’re too cold or too hot. There have been safety incidents before. One employee broke her kneecap working there. Multiple dog fights (not just rough play, but stalking & serious attack attempts) occurred on the day I was there. Working with dogs would’ve been a dream, but I had too many misgivings to take the job after it was offered. Management was dishonest too many times for me to have been comfortable recommending the place to even people with small dogs. The lack of live camera feeds is due to their questionable practices, not due to staff privacy.
