Their credit score requirements are higher than what was required for a first time homebuyer program to purchase a home. They don't care if you make well over the 3x rent or your spouse's credit would qualify you. So my husband and i will continue looking for a suitable home for our children and us elsewhere. Probably a blessing in disguise that they denied us based on many reviews I have read. Never in our life have we been denied like that.

This management company took over, a month after we moved into our last apartment. It was nothing but problems and no fixes, nor was there communication. I had to request for my toilet to be fixed FOUR different times, I had to fix my own oven heating element after it being broken for 2 months, and we also went through a fire in the apartment above us and had to wait 3 months for them to even "clean" the debris. And they didnt clean up anything, they just put other people's property on our back deck and left it covered in broken glass and burnt wood debris. After our experience with them, I would never recommend their company or their properties.

Our Property Manager, Genny Soto, is fantastic in her stewardship of our property. She reports updates diligently and responds to questions quickly and thoroughly. Recently, she even made an extra trip to our property to provide supplemental pictures in support of the annual inspection. We could not be more pleased about her attention to our property.

I hope I never have to rent with the management group again. I have rented with them 3 times now. There deposits and move in fees are very high and when you move out you get less than half back. Also wanted to mention about a bad experience I am currently having with them: I moved into our new place and my showers drain was clogged so I requested a maintenance person then they came and “fixed it” a couple days later it clogged again so I eventually requested another maintenance person. After that I was charged over $100 for the maintenance added in to my rent. They said they found a bracelet in the drain. We explained to them that we shouldn’t be charged for this because first it was not our bracelet and second it obviously wasn’t fixed right the first time since it got clogged a few days after it was “fixed”.
