My fiancé and I visited this community in December, and we toured with Rebecca. She was so kind and knowledgeable about the community as well as the area which was very important to us since we would be moving from Nevada and aren't familiar with the location. She really listened to us about what we were looking for and our plans beyond that. We really liked that she introduced us to one of the maintenance guys that was working as we walked by on our tour. It made us feel immediately welcomed. We were saddened to hear my current work was no longer transferring me and my family to PNW. We were greatly looking forward to making Willow Pointe our home until we decided to purchase a home. We followed up with Rebecca to let her know the change in plans and had to tell her how much we appreciated her hard work for us as well as her kindness. We spoke with another person working there earlier in our search and she was very pleasant and sounded excited to help our family. Overall, we had a fantastic customer service experience. We did not once feel "sold" but more so a great sense of welcome. Thank you!!

The worst. Staff do not work the hours the office should be open. Garbage is overflowing and the mess that the wild kids (who run and play screaming and yelling) leave behind is not picked up. I frequently find dog poop in the grass as well. We are terminating our leass early.

Been here two weeks and so far they didn’t tell me prior to reserving my unit that I would be required to pay for cable (wouldn’t be a problem if I had any use at all for cable, but I don’t so it’s a complete waste of money and extremely misleading), and in the 8 DAYS I’ve actually been living in the apartment my blinds fell down as I was closing them, screen door came out as I was sliding it open, and I’m pretty sure my dryer is a safety hazard. Had it on for five minutes and the entire place smelled like it was about to burst into flames. So I’m hanging my clothes up to dry. Need to bring these issues to the attention of management and see how they handle it, but I would nevertheless under no conditions recommend this complex to anyone. Very pretty, gorgeous view, lots of great amenities but seems to be falling apart and so far not worth half the money I’m paying. **EDIT** also the cold wash cycle on my washer seems to be using hot water, which uses the gas instead of electric. Naturally.

Disabled elderly woman needed an in home caretaker. Was told my son cannot stay unless a background and credit report and rental application were filled out. This is not true for caretakers in Washington. I pointed that out but still had him turn in the application. 5 months later receive a no cause eviction because that is the end of the lease. discrimination retaliation is what it is. she has been a renter for almost 20 years.
