Jon Delaney and the maintenance staff did an excellent job handling a very complex repair to the heat pump system which required coordination of several different 3rd parties to resolve. I am new to apt living so I think parking is tight for a non-compact car and the guest parking isn't ideal, but worth it to be river front! Love the Columbia Waterfront!

Jon, Jeff, Sierra & Matt are absolutely amazing, they're very kind and most welcoming. I've lived at several apartment complexes in the Vancouver area and never have I met such an amazing staff. Move in process was very easy and they all answered any questions I had, they let me tour the apartment complex several times since I wasn't sure which unit I wanted. The BEST community in Vancouver! Looking for an INCREDIBLE riverfront view or to be literally on the waterfront with access to walking paths, restaurants, parks, freeway, etc? Columbia at the Waterfront is your spot! This place is a serene sanctuary with state-of-the-art amenities. Especially the 24/7 gym and the gorgeous heated infinity pool. It is wonderful to come home to a quiet, stunningly beautiful, safe access controlled building. The staff here is AMAZING! Shoutout to Jeff, Jon and Sierra. They were patient with my many queries and tours in addition to being friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and …FUN!! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.

Yes! We have 2 different air conditioning types in our apartment homes. Both HVAC and mini-split units can be found here!
At minimum, a refundable $500.00 security deposit is required. However, additional security deposit amounts may be required after the rental application has been reviewed.
Yes! We have several different storage sizes available to rent throughout our building. Sizes range between 5 Ft x 5 Ft to 5 Ft x 10 Ft, and cost between $75.00 to $200.00 per month.
Every apartment is set up for quick connect internet through 3 different service providers (Comcast Xfinity, Wave-G, and Century Link.) The modems are included at the apartment, and set up instructions are provided. However, monthly internet usage premiums are charged by the provider you choose to use.
Our residents set up their own utility accounts through Northwest Natural Gas, and Clark Public Utilities for their personal gas and electricity usage. Water, sewer, trash and hot water are billed to our residents every month based upon allocation descriptions outlined by a utility addendum.
The Columbia at the Waterfront has hired a 3rd party courtesy patrol service to monitor the building after-hours. Their phone number is posted at all building entrances if their services are needed when our leasing office is closed. The building is also equipped with many video surveillance cameras that hold recorded footage for 14-days after recording. Another cool feature The Columbia at the Waterfront offers is a door lock system provided by LATCH. Every door is equipped with a small Bluetooth device that will only grant entry to those who have been given a mobile key or device key code.
The gym is open to our resident’s use 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Yes! All of our apartments have a balcony. However, select apartment homes only offer a Juliet-style balcony attached to their living room. We also have a select group of apartments that offer patios.
No, but many of our apartments do due to the manner our building is positioned next to The Columbia River. At the time of opening, nearly 70% of our apartment homes offer a waterfront view. The other 30% overlooks the city of Vancouver WA.
Yes! Our 3-level interior parking garage offers 3 stories of compact parking spaces, and a total of 12 EV parking spaces.
The pool is open 12 months per year! We have a year-round outdoor infinity pool, that is heated to 85 degrees 100% of the time.
The nearest local grocery store is Fred Meyers at Grand Central Station. This is a 10- minute trip by car. However, some of our residents have utilized delivery services like Insta-Cart to meet their shopping needs.

Yes! We have 3 bike storage rooms here for all of our resident’s bikes to hang in. These rooms also have bike repair kits in them!

Most of our residents sign a 12-month lease agreement before initially moving into our community. However, sometimes different lease terms can be offered. It is best to speak with one of our friendly leasing agents who can help you sign into a lease term that fits your specific needs.
Yes! We love our pets! We keep treats in our leasing office to greet our fury residents with when they enter the building, we have a dog wash station for dog owners to use, maintain pet waste stations at every corner of the building’s exterior, and keep up-to-date connections with local pet groomers and care-givers. Our apartments are large enough to comfortably house up to 2 animals at a time with the payment of a pet deposit. (A dog breed restriction list, and exotic animal restrictions apply.)
