Simple, you said you would be open for an application on a Thursday for Friday morning and not a single representative or laborers we seen or heard from start to 8:30 AM. Consider your own and quit trying to make it out to be less than what it was. Your company never opened their doors and it made me have to consider LaborWorks entirely. $70.00 for 10 hours of pay at $16.00 an hour? That is nothing to what it should be and legally I am sound. Why take unemployment with all the hoops when I looked at your company to provide a better means. Opportunity with doors shut says a lot and it was all I needed to reconsider and evaluate; to plan and execute better. Why wait on someone providing opportunity to themselves instead of actually keeping their word and meeting the opportunity with all information to be communicated? Reconsider that location and it makes me even think that you gave more to offer than LaborWorks, especially at that rate to get robbed in taxes and fees for little money. It's a bandaid not a solution that is reliable, consider your market value and exit if you charge your customers and fail your employees. Just remember you could be doing exactly the last job I had through LaborWorks and see if your high on the shelf of life with no compassion.
