Just moved to Florida two months ago, my wife's parents (late 70s) have decided to look around her mom has Alzheimer's, so my wife picked on top of the world. First impression very nice rolled up to gate security guard she was incredibly rude we told her we were meeting our agent at address she told us agent had to come to get to escort us, wen asked were do we sit car and wait she said well you can't stay here u turn and move to the outside of property. Great start to potential buyer. Turns out she could of sent us to sales office to wait. Not sure difference sales office or agent still signed in. However place is beautiful so nice my wife's dad put in offer it was accepted and closing in 30 days. Great adult community with beautiful streets and lots to do. I am also retired and go to breakfast with my in-laws about three days a week the new joke is I won't be allowed in so parents will have to drive themselves to gate to get me haaa. I'm a retired police officer so I understand security and it's important, but there's no reason to be rude to anyone let alone a 77 year old man looking to buy a home. If the guard even at minimum just said go to sales office rudely I woulda been okay instead making him u turn out of the complex to then go sit at a parking lot this place would be 5 stars. Hopefully she's nicer to the elderly residents and not as much as a bully.
