I have lived here since the facility opened in June, 2018. As soon as I moved in , I knew that this was the right place for me. The facility is well designed, bright, spacious and cheery, the staff is helpful and caring, I also like the food and the activities, and I have made many friends here. What else can one ask for?

My parents have just signed to move here and the amenities and building are great. The Staff is the best we have seen in a retirement community (flexible, accommodating and helpful) -- and our family has had a number of members in them.

I'm not sure what they set the prices at for this location. Best thing to do is stop by and schedule a tour. I can tell you the Puyallup location is around $2000/month for a 1 bedroom. The price includes 3 meals a day and cleaning services amongst other amenities such as basic cable and a theater.
