This is definitely a must stop if you are in the area! They have free guided tours until 4pm and you get to check out areas that are normally locked. The woman who took us on our tour was so knowledgeable and sweet. She truly made the experience! I unfortunately don't remember her name but she was the best!

They have docents who are very knowledgeable about the family and the history. The free tour takes about 45 minutes and there are many interesting things to see in the house. They appreciate donations which you can give at the gift shop area. The shop also has different and interesting items which are reasonably priced.
Yes there is an elevator and also bathrooms on both floors.
Yes, they do events on a regular basis. There's a phone number posted on their website.
This year, just go and do your own tour. It is all decorated for the holidays.
Unsure maybe call and ask?
Admission is free.
Cost is free and guided tour is free. I believe they do accept donations though. Check our their website for tour hours, etc. https://m.facebook.com/thecasements/
The Casements and Rockefeller Gardens is located with direct access to the Halifax River. It is also 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean.
