I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and balance at 1pm.Dropped it off at noon, specifically requesting 3 times that the full size spare be rotated and balanced as well and that they make a note to have this done. 5 hours later I haven’t heard anything so I call them. I’m told that workers went home sick, only 1 person is working there and they aren’t going to get to my Jeep til the next day. No one reached out to let me know this. If I hadn’t called them before they closed I would have been just left without a clue about my car, and not able to drive to work the next morning. I’m a firefighter and work 24 hour shifts so the next day doesn’t work for me. I end up borrowing my wife’s car for work the next day. Come back 2 days later to pick the Jeep up and I double check their work to see if the spare was rotated or balanced (I marked the spare before drop off so I could double check) and of course the work was not done. They didn’t rotate or balance it. I LEAVE MY CAR THERE AGAIN. finally 4 hours later I pick it up. They ended up giving me the tire rotation and balance free, so at least they did that right after I fought for it ($60 value, woohoo!), not to mention when I went to pick up the car the manager only says about 10 words to me, not apologizing once for the horrible services. Absolutely ridiculous and cost me way more than the service was worth in time, gas and inconveniencing people to give me a ride to pick it up. Absolutely unsatisfactory.

Can’t say enough about the service we received from Firestone in Covington. We were traveling and needed to replace our radiator. Mike took great care of us and we were back on the road in a day! We thought we would have to change all of our reservations but everything worked out perfectly. Thanks so much!

My vehicle recently got an oil change like three months ago and the “change oil required” popped up on my vehicle, still needs like 2000 miles till the next oil change! I called for them to check to see if there’s a leak or they need to reset the sensors? Lady told me to stop by as soon as I had a chance, so I stopped by within then the next day and the lady did not want to help the situation, sent me to a different Firestone! Because she was doing over time? Such an inconvenience! I just don’t want my car to have any issues!

One of my wiper blades flew off this morning that Firestone replaced about a month ago. I called them this morning and told them that I would be in to get it replaced after work. I started to panic a little bit because when I got there the lights were all off. However Mike who I spoke with in the morning was in his car waiting for me to get there. Not only did he replace the wiper blade he gave me a just in case it happens again! I highly recommend this location in Covington. They have always been awesome greatly appreciate their amazing customer service!!
