I have been a loyal customer for 7 months. I was asking three different associates to please help me weight my dog on their scale.Everyone refused.When I approached the dog trainer Amy with the same question said to me "You could consider some training and schedule it online, I am busy with starting my session. She was not doing anything at all just sitting at the dog training area waiting for customers. Does it take longer then 30 seconds a dog to be weighted? Amy, you are disgrace for the dog training ! You was still sitting at your training place 5 min later when we left, this time you was playing with your phone...You seemed so bored being here. My dog vomited the treats I bought from here previous time.We are not coming back.
