Last fall I decided to check out other insurance options. No tickets, no accidents yet my insurance doubled for the next period( turns out I had an introductory rate🙄) I shopped around and much to my surprise State Farm was the most competitive if I included our home. As it turned out the price was the best and I actually had an agent who was close and I could talk too! That was important to me. As luck would have it, we had an accident in March. I contacted Brian’s office and got the ball rolling to get it fixed. The State Farm app was also easy to use and all my updates, rental car, messages was in one easy to navigate place. With covid issues it took a while to get it in and fixed but the whole process was easy and Brian was easily accessible when I needed to talk or communicate with. Kudos to him and his group!

Including our home, vehicles, and trailer, our policy is actually pretty straightforward, but we do make a lot of changes as we buy and sell motorcycles fairly frequently . Brian and his staff are incredible to work with and always help us get the right vehicles with the right coverage taken on and off our policy as quickly as possible. We’ve been working with them based on a recommendation from a friend for about three years now, and they’ve been fantastic to work with. They always provide great service and quick answers to our questions and insurance needs. You can’t go wrong with this team, highly recommended!

Her response time and responses are fast and accurate getting me the information I need when I need it. Renee has taken care of all my insurance needs from our home and cars to obscure items like our hobby farm Skid Steer tractor equipment. No matter what I bring her, she finds me the best rates possible. She even tells me if a better rate can be found elsewhere.
