Employees prepping food not wearing hair nets or hats. Touching their cell phones with gloves on and did not change them. Tea in the dining room was out and the last sticker on the machine was from 7 hours prior to my visit. Restaurant was not busy and it took 20 minutes to get our food inside. Just overall awful experience.

The drive through was extremely busy at 4 PM today, but the crew handled everything expeditiously! Good food, especially the French fries, and the meal was reasonably priced!!!:)

the employees at this location don’t know how to put sauce in a bag. as someone over the age of 3, i could easily put sauce in a bag. this photo shows the sauces i got in my bag. notice there are 0

This is the McDonald's that all the new hires get trained at. They always have enough staff, and the drive-thru is super fast. I will go to this one and drive past two others because it is basically quicker

I ordered 2 McGriddles and a drink and all I received was sauage patties between the pancakes. What happened to the eggs, bacon, etc? Is it too difficult to make the sandwich correctly when it gets ordered 100's of times a day?

Questions on Google don't go to employees or management, just people on Google. If you said, "give me two sausage mcgriddles" then it is a piece of sausage between two pancakes. Asking for sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddles gets you the mcgriddles with the sausage egg and cheese. If you want bacon you have to ask for a bacon mcgriddle. Bacon doesn't comeon the sausage mcgriddles.
