How can you not cook a burger and get it done not halfway down will never be back and will not recommend it to anyone

Never had a problem at McDonald's except for the wifi in the privately owned stores never seems to work but food has been ok

I've eaten at McDonald's a lot. I've never had a burger that wasn't cooked completely. Maybe it was just a fluke. I would try again.
