My boyfriend and I came in just to look on a whim and ended up with the best customer service anyone could ask for. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile by Russ Simms. He was very friendly and extremely helpful! We did not feel rushed or followed as compared to other furniture stores. Instead, Russ was available with any questions we had. He also explained everything in a way that made us feel confident and safe with buying from here. When we made our decision, we made sure Russ was working. He is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend asking for him! We greatly appreciated his help! It is safe to say we might not have bought my sectional from here if I didn’t have this great of service.

Jan did not overcrowd or stay in my personal space like most salespeople do. She was very pleasant and super helpful. She is good at keeping a professional distance but staying close enough to be able to read a custom and know when they are interested in a piece. This made my experience a good one.
