Nobody has answered the phone for over an hour and a half. Tried multiple times and they just let it ring until the voice-mail. Real professional.

Had the side wall get a crack in it to have it replaced under the road hazard insurance I purchased. They tried to get me to pay 140 for replacement, they then used 10 different reasons why my tire was worn out more than 70% which was not true and said the replacement tire costs them 180+ since prices went up. I wouldn't have bought road Hazzard or come here because this place is petty. Basically argued with them for 10 minutes until paying 60 bucks and they also gave me my tire back to dipose of bc they wanted to charge for that too. Never going to Firestone, especially this location. Very unprofessional attitude and tactics.

Look, these guys went above and beyond and took care of me. Making what was already a very stressful situation, simple and easy. I’ve been to my share of auto shops over the years (chains and independent) and despised the experience. However, Firestone St. Peter’s despite being extremely busy, earned a lifetime customer and my respect! Kudos, I will recommend friends, family, and people on side of the road to these guys. Thank you giving me such a great experience.

I was in town for a funeral & would have been stranded. I called 3 places & Firestone was the only one that said come right in. They were extremely helpful & got me right back on the road!

Questions & Answers

I have a tire with a slow leak and would like to get it repaired. Can you do this?

Yes, they can as long as the leak is somewhere that's fixable and the tire isn't near it's lifespan.
