Good park with cute settings for little kids to play. Do not expect a big area and setup though. Kids less than 9 yr old would have fun for a couple of hours. Parking was a bit hassle as it was across the street. Loved bunnies, pony and the garden. Kids would enjoy a couple of slides and the playground. The crooked walk path was good. There’s small ice cream and snacks shop.

Great place for ages 2-5. My two year old loved running around and exploring the play structures. At the beginning he really enjoyed putting the magic key into the boxes. Eventually the play areas took over his attention and that was no longer fun for him. We found at least two of the magic key boxes didn't work.

This place is amazing to visit, especially with your little ones. They have a variety of animals, tons of themed playgrounds, and many slides for them. It was very clean and the staff was really nice and easy to talk too. Awesome place to visit with the family. And it's right across the street from the Zoo and FunLand so there is plenty to do nearby. Would definitely visit again!

I was excited about going with my family to Fairytale Town. I hadn't been there in years. I eagerly awaited my granddaughters (4 and 1) playing and laughing. Fairytale Town was much the same as I remembered it. I discovered new areas and attractions. A cute garden with turtles to learn about and touch. A large playstructure and picnic area. Construction was underway for Storybook Theater, if I remember correctly. The finished building will be impressive I'm sure. We enjoyed our time at the timeless Fairytale Town and will return.

Not unless your kids still have a childlike innocence about them and still love fairy tales. It's meant for younger children. Do your kids still like Humpty Dumpty? If not, they would probably think that Fairy Tale Land is for babies... Choose wisely, honored parent!
The train at Fairytale Town is just for climbing on. There are trains that move at both Funderland and the Sacramento Zoo. Both are next door in the same regional park boundary.
Hi Andrew, yes, you may bring in your own food and beverages. Pre-prepared food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

I'd skip it. This is truly geared toward 2-5 year olds
