Great place to stay! The pool and hot tub were very clean. They welcomed our pets. Jackie at the front desk was very helpful especially when we unexpectedly had to stay another night, Ramona worked to get us the same room as the night before. All the employees were friendly.

This place is pathetic and ghetto. I paid $170.0 this place shouldn’t cost more than $70.0 the key fob didn’t even work the entire stay. My wife and I would have to leave the door OPEN every time we wanted to leave the room. The least they could do is use my $170.0 to fix the darn key fobs. The price is outrageous and the accommodations are quite lousy. Highly recommend never staying here. Same owners fo the past three years and they put no money back into this hotel.

Positive: Wonderful customer service! Friendly and welcoming staff. The room had a nice-sized king bed and room was clean. Variety of breakfast items available in the morning. Easy check out. Highly recommend this Alamosa hotel!

found bed bugs in the first room, got a new room and when we went in they had not cleaned it yet and there was trash everywhere. we eventually got a room that was “cleaned” and found no bed bugs, but the floor was definitely not cleaned and was sticky (same with other rooms). stay anywhere else.
