Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alamosa, an IHG Hotel

This hotel surprised me. They had complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby. The pool was nice, as well as the hot tub. The breakfast was amazing and the staff seemed very friendly.

Positive: The hotel was clean and neat. Location was great. I like that the hotel offered a great variety for breakfast. The breakfast area was neat and clean. The hallways in the hotel was very clean as well. You can tell how clean a hotel is by the hallway/lobby Negative: The check in was a hassle. Staff did not communicate with us very well. We were told we would be texted when room was ready and the front desk failed to do so, and we ended up walking through local stores waiting for a text that we never received. No good

The staff made the check in thru check out experience wonderful. They were able to process the check in quickly and correctly. Check out was smooth. Everything was pointed out that I would need to know, and there was never an unfriendly moment. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I have stay in many of the Holiday Inn Express hotels around USA. And this hotel even though it may be a little older trust me still has a big heart. Staff gave me a good welcome and treat me with respect. Food was good and everything was fine. Plenty enough parking area and close to a mall. Thanks
