I needed a small storage space and Castle offered me a unit that was absolutely perfect for what I needed. Jean Paul was very friendly and helpful, in fact when he showed me the unit I did not believe that my belongings would fit in what appeared to be such a small space, but he reassured me that it would work and he made it happen.

The storage it’s self is very clean and accessible. Right off the hallway and between two train stations. I would recommend anyone in the South Boston, Dorchester, South End and Downtown Boston area.The staff at the storage were very professional and are there to help you all the way.

Helena - many units are in the "climate controlled" area of the facility but not all units are temperature adjusted. Due to high occupancy rates the storage unit availability is extremely limited. Yes the storage units are climate controlled, been dealing with them for 5 yrs now and the facility is awesome. Hope that helped if you have any questions.
