Highly recommend this fun yet challenging gym environment and community!!!

The staff is wonderful and welcoming but the place needs a good cleaning. I brought my grandson there and he was crawling around in off-white pants. His knees were really dirty (actually brownish) after about 5 minutes on the floor where kids were playing. I'm posting here because it looks like they respond to comments.

May 17th 2021 was not allowed to use the printer due to Covid. Over a year later and they still won't allow citizens of South Boston. Personally I think it's a lazy excuse.. They wouldn't even allow me into the library. Probably needs new management. Sad that a public place is closed off to individuals who are fully vaccinated.

The workers and receptionist were very helpful. Its a very welcoming library and well coordinated. Kudos to the management.

Hi, Daniel, yes, we do have an election box at the South Boston Branch of the Boston Public Library, thank you for asking.
For a few days last week, the City of Boston distributed free COVID-19 at-home test kits at several of our locations. We ran out of kits on Dec 23, however, and no longer have any to distribute. Visit the City of Boston website for updates to the at-home testing program: https://bit.ly/3sAZcGV
Good news! As of 12/9/2020, our after-hours book returns are now open again at most locations.

Manga is in the library system. I am not sure about this title. Copley is opened on Sunday from 1:00 -5:00. All locations are closed on Monday. Or you can go to BPL.org to search the catalog. In the top right hand corner of the website, you can click on the green box to create an account. You need your library card number and your 4 digit pin number. Once your account is set up, you can look up materials and place holds. Or you can visit or call the S. Boston branch on Tuesday.
If you go to the branch page and scroll down to the calendar section, it doesn't give a great description of each event, but it does tell you what is happening, what age group it's geared towards, and when the event is happening.
