Bay State SOUTH BOSTON has exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to quality care and client services. From my first interaction over the phone, I immediately felt at home at Bay State. Justine, Kelsey, and Anders are incredibly caring and knowledgable. Undoubtedly one of the most outstanding clinics I've had the pleasure to be cared at.

The staff at Bay State Physical Therapy is great. My therapist Kelcie is amazing. She is so kind and patient , she takes the time to listen to me about what I feel are problems with my knee she explains what it is she is going to be doing before she touches my knee. I couldn't ask for a better therapist. The rest of the staff is also helpful and nice ( including the receptionist out front ) she is basically the face of Bay State when you walk in. I can't say enough good things about Bay State.

Have you ever wanted to gain family members/BFFs while simultaneously relieving the pain you're experiencing? Well then, Bay State Physical Therapy South Boston is your spot. These PT specialists will care more about your injuries and path to recovery than your mom. And if your mom is anything like mine, she cares A LOT. I was assigned Justine as my PT but to be honest, each PT at Bay State was invested in my recovery. What else is there to say other than I love these Physical Therapists. And you should, too.

I have been to a few different physical therapy companies and South Boston Bay State Physical Therapy is head and shoulders above anywhere else I've been to. The staff are always welcoming, positive, and, most importantly to me, realistic. Right after my injury I was told what my timeline would be for the next few weeks, how long I would need to come in for, and what state I would be in when I finished my PT sessions. Everything they told me was spot on and I really appreciated that. On top of that, the physical therapists, especially Anders who assisted me, are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my PT questions no matter how random or unrelated to my own injury. I highly highly recommend this Bay State location.
