The host with blonde hair and glasses didn't even say hello when we came in, when she sat is down she didn't even clean the table, didn't get us utensils or napkins. Our waiter had to clean off the table and the lady who brought out our soup and salad had to get our utensils and napkins. Then when we were leaving the host didn't even say have a good night. She was just plain rude.

This chili's is really good, I love the customer service, and the food is always good. I never had a bad experience here! The only reason I'd say it's only 4 stars is that the food takes a very long time to come out. We waited sometimes 30 minutes just to get our food which was kinda annoying. I'd definitely go again though! The employees make a great difference! They are awesome!

It's a good place to be with friends while you watch sports! I personally always ask for the 6oz sirloin, however, they usually don't get it right the way you want cooked, but it's still pretty good. I'm giving 3 starts because everytime I ask for the steak to be rare, they always pass the point I want. The staff is amazing tho!

Called when Chili’s first opens and spoke with Camille. I was ordering for around 12 people. Many of the meals came with sides, and many of the people I was ordering for had not specified which side to get. Camille was amazing, she was patient and let me call back after gathering the missing information. On top of that when she read the order back there wasn’t a single error and we had our food within 30 minutes.
