Wow- I’m not sure how this hotel has so many 5 stars. I read reviews, that made me reserve a room here AND pay for it in full. When I arrived, Lou Lou tried to get my card and charge it for MORE than I had already even prepaid. Why? She couldn’t answer that. After speaking to her manager twice, she gave me an INCORRECT number to Marriott and told me she was canceling my reservation and that I needed to leave the premises. Excuse me? I was/am appalled. I DID get through to corporate Marriott and they are equally as appalled at what just happened (and how my family is now left searching for a last minute hotel). I am receiving MORE than a refund. And LouLou has corporate investigating her callous actions.

Very comfy, quiet hotel. Located outside the busy part of town. Right next to Walmart, which was super convenient since we needed a store trip 😬 Not squeaky clean in the bathroom, but still very clean rooms. Super comfy bed!!! That's really all we're after when you've been traveling all day right?!

Very nice and friendly staff at the front desk, but we noticed the smoking smell in the bathroom! I have asthma that it is so not okay! Other than that the room is cleaned, the lobby is so neat and nice too.

This hotel is everything it’s supposed to be, but the staff make it exceptional. I showed up in the middle of the night and Mike made me feel welcome and appreciated. He truly understands how to treat people like human beings. Harmony, at the breakfast bar went out of her way to accommodate me and somehow I felt like I was doing her a favor!!! Thank you both for making sure I had a rejuvenating rest before hiking up the dunes.
