I had a maintenance request they came so quick and fixed the issue. Never in all my years renting have i had someone come out and fix the issue so quick. Great job i love this place thanks i would also like to give a special thanks to Sunday she is the best she gets the job done i never have had any one work as fast and get things done like her honestly and i normally dont do reviews but i had to let everyone know how happy i am with this company.

I have been a tenant for more than 25 years before becoming an owner of a rental property and believe me I have seen and experienced my fair share of property management companies from the perspective of a tenant and from the perspective of an owner. I know good property management when I see one because they take care of the tenant and the owner ensuring things are fair for both parties and they would do their best to keep both tenant and owner happy with their service. I can truly attest that Invest West Management is by far one of the best property management I have ever come across over my 40+ years as a tenant and owner. By the way, I have been a tenant longer than I have been an owner of rental property. Invest West Management has been my property manager for more than 16 years and they have done an awesome job! Kelly is my property manager since inception and she is amazing!!! And Troy who joined her team last year is just brilliant. Both Kelly and Troy make a great team at Invest West Management. They really take care of the tenants and the property making sure things are fixed right away and any problems are taken care of. Also, they quickly get my property rent ready again once the tenants move out. They are on top of their game as the saying goes. And they both work really hard going above and beyond to manage my property. Most tenants who have never owned a rental property only see things one-sided. That is how I used to think when I was a tenant. I thought that the property management was only taking care of the owner and not the tenant. This is a totally false view. There are many instances where I received very little of the tenant security deposit back from Invest West Management after the tenants have moved out because they returned a big portion back to the tenants who kept the place clean and as close as possible to how it was before the tenants moved in. Invest West Management really takes good care of the tenant and the property owner. That is why I love them. I am extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend that anyone seeking good property management choose Invest West Management. They are the REAL DEAL!

I really appreciated the quick action that Yoko Yoshida took on my request. Being under a tight schedule with my contractor she immediately shared it with the board members who also quickly evaluated the request and made the determination promptly. Yoko monitored the process closely. I thank everyone for their hard work, attention to detail and timely action.

Invest West has been awesome for my family's primary residence HOA these past two years. They seem to keep the whole neighborhood in sparkling condition, without ever being unreasonable or too strict. I have worked in particular with Sumiko on multiple communications and she has been great--she responds in a very professional, personable and timely fashion; she helped assist us a few different times in getting some new landscape approved, in addition to a change of some trim paint color on our exterior! The processes are very simple and straight-forward. They do a good job keeping residents in the loop. Great property management company.
