the service by the server was excellent, but the kitchen took forever to get the food ready(need good help). On most tables, people were complaining. When it was time to pay, no one at the register people was just walking out without paying. With the high prices and bad experience, we will not be back anytime soon. what a shame, another company going down the drain.

So we ordered are food but the Pinon rings never came and when they came they brought us 2 plates with half a order on them as 2 orders I'm very up set about this the chef is messing up

They sat us rather quickly but after we ordered it took about an hour to get our food. We ordered breakfast and when we got the pancakes I noticed that it didn't look like anything that was in the menu. (The attached picture shows what the menu shows vs what we received). When I asked the waitress about it she said, "I understand that it doesn't look like the one in the menu but we have a new chef and that's how he does it." Shouldn't they train the chefs? The waitress didn't even bother to take it back or offer us a new one. She dismissed it right away and thought it should be acceptable. These are not $2.00 pancakes. If they can't cook it the right way then it should be removed off the menu or not offered. And they didn't even taste that good so it was not just a matter of appearance.

Very poor food preparation, I’ve ordered nachos before and have never received something so poorly prepared. The meat was cold had yo microwave it, the dessert is missing the ice cream and caramel sauce that comes with it. This is poor management and poor food preparation in the kitchen. Very disappointed with this most likely will not order from this place again…
