I had been waiting for a grey padded drop arm commode for my disability needs for over one year. This company has not followed through with any of the orders. Norco kept screwing up. They keep sending me the wrong product every time. They sent me a rental equipment with a regular toilet seat that is too slippery for me to transfer from my electric wheelchair to the toilet. This padded drop arm chair is placed on top toilet in the bathroom in my apt. I have been living with torn vinyl padded seating that is tapped up with white duck tape for a year and this company still has not delivered me the right product. I have a to of skin wounds behind my thigh because of the tape tearing on my skin. Do they listen no. They keep giving me, my doctor, my physical therapist, and occupational therapist the run around about the order. Norco doesn't get it. So I am no longer interested in trying to solve this. They must deliver the right product. They said they didn't know what I wanted. Thats not true, they have had the right facts. They said they will deliver tomorrow. That has yet remain to be seen if this is going to be the correct product. If its still the wrong one, that I get tomorrow,. For sure I am going with different vendor. I do not understand why they keep screwing up the order. The order has never changed, its Norco who keeps changing the product.

The people at Norco are always very nice. Unfortunately, they aren't very competent. They were wrong about when I was eligible for a new CPAP machine. Often they do not send the CPAP supplies they are supposed to send. I think consumers should have more than this one very poorly run source for CPAP supplies. Finally, I do not think Norco does anything that is illegal in the prices they charge for CPAP supplies, but if one sees what they bill Medicare and other insurers for the simplest supplies, it seems like there needs to be a congressional investigation on the prices businesses such as Norco charge for the simplest supplies.--I would also add that if you call Norco you will wait 10-20 minutes of endless repeats of a Norco commercial about how great they are, how committed to serving customers better, that they are experiencing heavier call volume than usual, etc.

Kim Parson saved the day for me. I traveled from Idaho to the Oregon Coast and left the adapter from the mask to the tube for my Resmed CPAP Machine. I had a week of horrible sleep because I could not use my CPAP Machine. I was desperate in a pinch and Kim came through to help me find what I needed. I was able to get two good night's sleep before driving home. Thanks Kim!
