They're the biggest scammers out there. Run away from them. Sneaky and unreliable. jacking up their prices without any reason. Poor customer service. Just so you know they use a bunch of lazy females that barely work and answer their phones and when they do they have an attitude, This crooks hide a lot of disclaimers on their policy. Stay away from them. Luckily I don't use them anymore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

After they missed my weekly pickup I called to notify them so they could send someone to empty our cans. I called on 4 separate occasions during the week and was promised someone would be sent. They finally took our trash the following week on our normally scheduled day, but couldn’t be bothered to take the extra boxes that we’re sitting next to our cans. Time to start looking for someone else I guess.

My husband canceled our service with them 2 weeks ago! They increased their prices without notifying us until after the fact, their service has gone consistently downhill over the past year. They told us they would call, text or email us when they would be picking up their recycle bin and we have yet to hear from them. The office staff is rude and unprofessional.

This company took over after the owner of the company that I was using retired. Three weeks in a row they did not pick up. I had no confidence in them , so I went with another company.
