As of 10/31/2020, no spectators are allowed in the rink.
Not 100% certain but they do have every shoe size in limited quantities. I have been going there since I was a kid but I forgot what age I was when I first went there.
Closest in the area is the Best Western Plus in North Haven. About 3 miles away and roughly $99/night.
You definitely ca rent for an hour. It used to be @ $150.00. Not sure about the rest. Call the rink.
