Shamrock Medical is a top notch company! I would recommend them to anyone who needs medical equipment! I needed both a scoter and a hospital bed, and Shamrock had several floor models to try out for both. After laying on several beds and driving one of the scoters, I bought a Scoter and rented a hospital bed. They were able to delivered the bed a couple of days later. They did not have the scoter model I wanted in stock, so they ordered one from the factory. But since it would take several weeks to get the scoter, and I really needed it now, they loaned me one of their rental scoters until mine came in. I suggested I would rent it, but they insisted that since I had paid for one, they would loaned it to me at no additional cost until the factory could deliver mine! There are few companies that would do that!

If you need durable medical supplies or equipment repairs, this is the place to go. Mark and his wife are the owners and it’s a true local family run business. Repairs are super reasonable ($60/hr) and mine was done in 30 minutes. (This after waiting for TWO MONTHS for NuMotion, and finally giving up!) Mark also spent some time talking with me about options for a possible wheelchair for one of my kids - I mentioned his joint hypermobility issues and concerns about his shoulders, and Mark had three ideas off the top of his head to help deal with that. This is the same place where I’ve rented and purchased a transport chair, about a year ago, and every person I’ve worked with has been fantastic. Which is just so NICE in the medical world!

My husband came home from the hospital after having back surgery and we quickly realized that he was unable to use our regular bed without triggering intense pain. I called Shamrock Medical and they were able to deliver a hospital bed within a few hours. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Right up front: the folks at Shamrock are the NICEST PEOPLE. Highly recommend! So the full story: my partner hurt his foot, and was told not to walk on it for a few weeks. We needed to get him some crutches. But everyone was sold out of crutches - not Walgreens, not Goodwill, not Walmart, nobody. So, searching for medical supply stores near me, I called Shamrock... and alas, they didn't have any crutches for sale either. But then: MIRACLE. The guy I talked to (I didn't catch his name) said they didn't have any NEW crutches, but someone had donated a used pair that was missing an armrest pad. He refused to accept any money for them, just told me I could have them if I'd come grab them! When I got there, I thought I'd at least buy some armrest pads so I could give these nice folks SOME money... but they found a spare pad in the back, stuck it on, and sent me on my way without letting me pay for anything! They were so sweet and generous, next time I need any medical supplies that are in stock, I know where I'm going. Thanks, Shamrock!!
