No online ordering or invoicing/claims/account management. They offer online bill pay (which is strictly a way to give them money but not see any data about your account or past payments, etc.). Their paper invoices are always showing charges that are 60+ days old even if it's the first time they've sent you an invoice. Invoices often do not reflect recent payments resulting in overpaying them. Will not be using again until they modernize both ordering and billing.

No knowledgeable , basic research on my side resulted in the realization that they did not even do that themselves. They text me time to order new supplies only to say I do not yet qualify. It is true, they charge about three times the price of what you can get from other retailers. Providence insurance only helps pay if you buy it through Providence, then your deductible may be same out of pocket as buying it somewhere else.

I "rented" a wheelchair from Providence Home Health in late August. By late October I no longer needed it. I have called 8-10 times asking that they come pick it up and only once did I reach a human being. The other times I waited on hold 15-20 minutes and finally gave up, or a few times left a message that was never returned. Providence does such a stellar job of everything else. I can't imagine why their Home Health (re equipment) is so terribly incompetent, especially when people recovering from medical issues need help the most.

I ordered a new cpap machine from them to find out they charged me 3x retail. They also charged me separately for the hose and filters that are actually sold included in the machine pkg retail everywhere else. They only charge the lower actual retail price after I have made my deductible. Then less then a year later, I find out the machine I was sold is being recalled. I call to see what they are going to do as they are the ones that sold me the machine and deal with warranty issues. Nothing! That’s what they’re doing, nothing! They told me I have to just register it on the manufacture web page. So I have a machine that I have to use and the manufacturer has said to discontinue use. They didn’t offer me any help with a machine to use in the meantime. I could be possibly inhaling particles from the foam falling apart in my recalled machine and they don’t care. I will never do business with them again. I only used them because I have Providence insurance.
