Awesome people awesome service love my power wheel chair

Got the wheelchair dropped off two years ago and it very unsafe for my mom. Who ever requested this kind of wheelchair and measured her was not thinking about if she could use it. They came out twice and adjusted it but made it even more unsafe. She has used it maybe two hours to try it and it doesn’t stop. She runs into walls and has been a tripping hazard in her small studio apt. I have complained to the company and the doctor and all it is is a place to hang her clothes on. I just want them to come get it. She has broken her toes on it. This has been horrible. $11,000 down the drain. What were they thinking when they ordered this. We wanted something for safety for her. Free to anyone that wants it.

I am so grateful to this team of professionals who give incredible care to their community. I have been struggling through a transition to a new chair and everyone is extremely helpful and patient. I never feel like an inconvenience and I know that I am in capable hands. Our mobility aids are extensions of our bodies and ASM knows that.

After an extensive fitting and measurements to fit my child for a medical stroller they dropped it off and the seat was twice her size. She is the size of a one year old, but I was able to fit into it. They forced me to sign the delivery paperwork, and then took many months to correct their mistake. On top of that, some of the parts used were obviously second hand, and my insurance was charged $15,000 for this chair. Completely unethical. Unfortunately, most of us don’t get to choose the company for medical equipment supports.
