At the time of this post 11/23/21.. Otr's (specifically independents ) if your hauling a delivery to this location. Beware. Before brokering the load confirm the load is reasonably unloaded from your trailer upon delivery. Staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Its the working logistics of the place that could keep you waiting 4-24 hrs to pickup your empty trailer. This is a DROP TRAILER LOCATION. Jubitz Truck Stop a few blocks from location. Plenty of free and reserved parking, repair shop, fuel, restaurant, hotel.

Horrible experience. Google review needs to add zero star or negative star option. Can't believe a customer-oriented company like Home Depot is using this company for delivery!!! My husband got the call from Reddaway on Fri Sep 18, 2020 to schedule the delivery next day Sat Sep 19, 2020 with the delivery window from 11am to 2pm. One hour after they called us on Fri 9/18, the driver showed up at our house, but instead of delivery, he said he forgot to bring certain equipment used for the unloading process. He never came back that same day as well as the following day which was supposed to be our scheduled delivery day. No phone call to explain or to re-schedule from the company. My husband wasted a weekend day, not going anywhere to wait the no-show driver. 9/21/200 and still no phone call from the company, so I called them. It took me from 2:35pm to 4:19pm to be able to talk to someone. The lady told me someone will call me again tomorrow to re-schedule the delivery. Wish me luck! Update: They delivered the items to us. This time another driver came. He was friendly and nice, so I upgraded the rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

WORST EVER: I had an appointment for delivery of flooring from 11-2, they are a no show. I tried calling them, I've been on hold for almost two hours, I am not exaggerating. They never called to tell me my shipment was going to be late, isn't coming, nothing. I've heard nothing. I have no idea when I will get my delivery at this point. Worst company ever.

I work for a manufacturing, shipping, and warehousing company. We have our own fleet, but we need to utilize common carriers for shipments outside of our area. Reddaway continually misses pick ups, sometimes 2 days in a row, wehave had to call them to remind them that they missed pick ups. Our regular driver is very nice.... It sounds more like a dispatching issue. We will not use Reddaway, unless our customers specifically ask us to.
