Great experience. Dispatch was helpful, and even replied at 9:30 at night to a message I sent via their website. (I was worried that they would send a truck too big to use our turnaround.) Delivery driver was professional and experienced, and super cheerful. Great communication. Great service. ----Later Had to change my review. I had such a good initial experience that I called Oak Harbor to handle a shipment for me. After giving me a quote and a greenlight and costing me $300 in shipment change charges, they suddenly decided they wouldn't take delivery of a greenhouse kit and then deliver locally to us. So now I've had to pay another $300 to change my shipment info again. So... $600 dollars later and being the recipient of several snippy emails, I'm screwed. AVOID.

Went to an interview with these guys, They tried to get me to start the onboarding process before making me an offer on pay. Made me feel like they were trying to find something to leverage lesser pay. Is over all the shop manager was a really nice guy. But the job wasn't a great fit for someone who owns expensive tools and does not want them outside in the rain. I was looking forward to going to work for these guys but the way they conducted the hiring process just really turned me off to the idea. I generally need to sleep on things a little bit not just get rushed in the door.

Repeatedly late deliveries (shows as being on a truck in our city for days). Bad customer service, no interest in correcting their mistakes. The last customer service rep threatened me. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another carrier.

Sat on my shipment for over 5 days at Portland while its holding up thousands of dollars to me to get a job finished. What happened to the old driver too? He was great. Driver today was good though.
