I had stopped by this location on Sunday 7/24, to my surprise they were extremely busy and only had 2 employees available. Luckily, I had the pleasure of being helped by Matt who I believe had "sales manager" on his name tag. He was able to quickly juggle most of the customers including myself while the other employee helped one customer. I'm sure it wasn't expected to be busy that day, but they clearly know who should be left holding things down. It seems difficult to find great customer service these days, because of this I have no problem driving across town to this location. Thank you!

I went in to get a new battery and asked if it could be swapped out for me. Andrew went above and beyond - excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable and even gave me some pointers on some things to look out for and things that they could help with at AZ. He was friendly and thorough. Thank you, Andrew!

I went in for a small piece that I wasn't sure how to install; Matt and the newest guy (I believe his name is Damien) went ABOVE and beyond to help me out.
