How can you guys spend money at a place where it’s run by a racist manager and district manager. Y'all ever wonder why you don't see any black Autozone employees. Manager staff is horrible time for a change.

ALL the staff are very nice and willing to help, I went to there to find out why my engine light was on. They checked it for me and told me what I needed to do to fix it. Even gave me the printed paperwork to show a mechanic.I didn't have to wait at all. I will be going there for any other car issues like this

Busy, always different faces. If it wasn't for self check out I'd probably still be there. At this point I feel like they should be paying for my time spent in there 😕

I experienced a very poor customer service. I was told they were too busy to come out from behind the counter for a moment to run a test on my vehicle which is a service they provided because they were too busy. So I ended up at 1 of their competitors establishments who establishments who was just as busy but had much better customer service.
