Super high prices for ridiculously cheap else where auto parts. But in general friendly staff. Researched some car parts for us. And honored a cheaper price for same brand new part we found elsewhere.

Went in this afternoon to order some parts for the car. Ordering went nice and smooth. I will update in a couple days after I pick up my order. Hoping it's all there so they can get car done. Fingers crossed...

Overpriced, the service was rude, and the gentleman I talked with did not have any idea what I was talking about, and knew nothing about the products that I was asking him for more information on. I have been going to Baxter stores for years, and they have gone increasingly downhill, and they really don't give a rat's rear how they treat you, or what you think, and that being said, I suggest going elsewhere. There are much better places, with a lot better prices on almost everything. The item that they quoted me on the other day, with the same brand quoted to me elsewhere, was twice the price of the competitors store. If you're smart, you'll go anywhere but to a baxter store. They are definitely not what they were in the old days. If I want to get ripped off, I'll go to Las Vegas! Good luck!
