Movement lessons with Phoebe have been a critical part of understanding and healing chronic pain in the left side of my body. She offered a warm and curious approach that allowed me to perceive holding patterns and adaptations to pain that would otherwise have remained lost in my unconscious awareness. I am feeling much more connected and empowered since our work together. I also notice more access to deeper breath and an overall feeling of calm in my body.

I was a bit stiff in my rib area for a while after the class, but I took a short walk and seemed to walk it off. I felt more aware of my body. Before I fell asleep I reviewed the "check-up" procedure beginning at my feet. I slept well. Very useful class for where I am right now!

Wow! NeuroMovement is a subtle yet powerful way to improve your overall well being. Phoebe does an awesome job of detecting movement patterns that can be improved and then gently guiding you to a more efficient way. My session was very comfortable and relaxing. I noticed better posture and a more ready stance as well as more clarity in my thoughts. It's very beneficial and I highly recommend it!

Yes! After a stoke event your brain needs to make new connections to replace those lost in the event. You won't go back to those same-old connections! You need to make new ones for your brain to do it's job well. NeuroMovement will help people who have had strokes with your balance, walking, transfers from sitting to standing, gross and fine motor skills, speaking and thinking.

Neuromovement can help you!! It calms your whole nervous system which allows you to experience deep relaxation. It also brings awareness to patterns in your body that are not useful to you. Perhaps you have body habits that were once beneficial but are now causing you to experience anxiety and a feeling of powerlessness. Neuromovement helps identify these things so that your brain can choose other strategies that are more optimal for you. Plus it helps with sleeping better!!
