I’ve spent a bit of money at this store over that last 7yrs working at different places, I applied for a cash commercial account as I have a business. I did this 3 times, once before Covid, once about 3 months ago and then again on the 9th of September. Each time I was told someone would reach out within a few days. So I went in on the 16th to buy some items and check on my wholesale account. I got nothing but attitude from the Manager of the store, cannot remember his name but he “boasted” that “I’m the store manager and these things take time and she will get to it when she gets to it” and rambled on about how backed up they were….I don’t care, apologize about the delay, be understanding and smile with your eyes since you were wearing mask. He was nothing short of rude rather than understanding that I’ve been waiting. I have accounts with Autozone, CarToys, Crutchfield, Chevron, etc…and I owned a Napa auto Care Center for 5yrs. Years ago the staff was pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will never darken their doorstep again. Horrible, horrible management attitude. Leaders lead by example, and have employees who follow them. Managers just have people who do what they tell them.

I came in for a brake light and the staff, particularly a nice man named Brian, was very helpful. He wanted to make sure the computer was right in suggesting the correct bulb so he checked my car and even went so far as to install the bulb for me. Thank you so much!

Very helpful and nice staff! Last time I was in my son (who is 5) said he really like the employees blue shirts they we're really cool! The employee said he couldn't have a shirt but he could have a Napa hat! My son was so happy he still wears it! I got the parts I needed so it made my day and my son got a cool new hat! They always go above and beyond super awesome people there ! Thanks you guys!
